hello Mr. Brownsberger. Just found you first! while googling House Bill H4607. I was a commission only business developer under an independent contracter agreement. My former “employer” is deterring me from joining a networking group based on the non-compete clause in the contract. He has stopped payment of commissions due based on my response that I’d continue with the application process to join the group–saying I’d nullified the agreement. There is an attorneys feel in the contract. Does he have grounds? What does this house bill mean to me?
